Integrative Gestalt Therapy | Fabian Ladstätter

Time and space to pause, to encounter yourself, and to understand what moves you.

Fabian Ladstätter · Psychotherapist in training under supervision · Vienna

There are times when life feels heavy and wearying. It may be recurring conflicts, inner restlessness, feeling overwhelmed, a lack of motivation, or the sense of simply not understanding yourself or those around you.

In psychotherapy, we can explore together what moves you, which experiences have shaped you, and what can help you find new paths towards more joy and balance in life.

I support adolescents and adults in a wide range of life situations – with openness, curiosity and as equals.

Perhaps you recognise yourself here

  • Perhaps your thoughts are constantly circling.

  • Perhaps you feel exhausted or under constant pressure.

  • Perhaps you keep running into similar conflicts in your relationships.

  • Perhaps anxiety, sadness or self-doubt accompany you.

  • Perhaps you long for a place where you can speak openly – without being judged.

Psychotherapy can help you understand yourself better, cope with difficulties and develop new ways of moving forward.

I support people with, among other things:

  • Anxiety and panic
  • Depression
  • Stress and exhaustion
  • Self-esteem issues
  • Relationship and family conflicts
  • Grief, loss and dying
  • Distressing life events
  • Feeling lost or without direction
  • Personal development

Approach - How I work

My specialisation is Integrative Gestalt Therapy, a humanistic form of psychotherapy. Its focus is not just a particular problem or symptom, but the person within their whole life situation.

Together we turn our attention to what you experience in the here and now – in your thoughts, feelings, your body and your relationships. This often opens up new perspectives and new ways of relating to yourself and others.

Understanding matters to me as much as experiencing. That is why – where helpful – psychoeducational elements also flow into the therapy.

I pay particular attention to relationship experiences, family dynamics and the transgenerational transmission of burdens and trauma.

Every therapy unfolds differently. Together we will find a path that suits you and your concerns.

Everyone is welcome in my practice – regardless of origin, cultural background, gender identity or sexual orientation.
