About me - I am interested in how people have become the people they are today.

Every person brings their own story. Understanding how experiences shape our thinking, feeling and acting is one of the most fascinating aspects of my work.
After my civilian service at the Maimonides Centre, I worked and studied for several years in Rwanda, the Netherlands and Ghana. During my master’s degree in peace and conflict studies, I engaged intensively with conflict, trauma and processes of social change.
Today I work as a psychotherapist in training under supervision in Vienna.
Alongside my psychotherapeutic work, I am an inclusion teacher at a Viennese middle school. I have also gained experience at Männerberatung Wien and in a psychiatric hospital. In addition, I completed training in end-of-life-care and volunteered in the palliative field for several years.
Working in these different fields has taught me how diverse life stories are and how important it is not to reduce people to diagnoses or crises. I meet you with curiosity, openness, humour and steadiness.
I understand therapy as a shared process. It matters to me that you feel taken seriously and that together we find a path that suits you.
“Every person’s life is worth a novel.”
This sentence has accompanied me for many years. Behind every symptom, every crisis and every conflict lies a unique life story. Understanding this story together is a central part of my psychotherapeutic work.
